This monofilament can be produced either with a natural tran***rent polymer or with a matt polymer pigmented with titanium dioxide (TiO2).
ESTENE has many different applications, in view of its special features, such as very good toughness, resistance to low and high temperatures, chemical agents, ultraviolet rays and wear. Due to its low moisture absorption, it has a very good dimensional stability.
The main applications of this monofilament are screen printing fabrics , 3 mesh ***cer fabrics, filtration fabrics as well ribbons, It can be used in contact with food (FDA).
Other special applications are reinforcement for conveyor belts, paper machines forming fabric and drying felts.
